Agreement

By creating an account or using viral-chart.com you agree to these terms with [Company legal name] (“ViralChart”, “we”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You must give a real email and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16.

Plans and billing

Free is free. Pro and Max are paid subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in US dollars through Stripe and renew until you cancel. Prices can change with 30 days' notice and never mid-period. Taxes are added where required.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel any time in the billing portal. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. If something is wrong in the first 14 days of a paid plan, write to hello@viral-chart.com and we will refund that payment. After that we do not refund part-used periods, unless the law says we must.

Third-party charts

Every chart shown on ViralChart was published by someone else and belongs to its publisher. We show charts as commentary and research, with the publisher, platform and date cited, and we add measurements and analysis of our own. Showing a chart gives you no right to reuse the publisher's image or design. Redrawing a chart with your own numbers is your own work, but you are responsible for not presenting it as the publisher's and for not copying a publisher's logo or artwork into it.

Takedowns

If you are a publisher and want a chart removed or corrected, write to hello@viral-chart.com with the chart's address and a line saying you publish or own it. We will act on it quickly, usually the same day.

The data

Numbers read from chart images are estimates. Unless a number is marked as printed by the publisher, it may be off. We give no warranty that the data is complete or accurate, and you should check it before you rely on it.

API and MCP acceptable use

API and MCP access comes with Max. You may use it for your own analysis, products and agents. You may not resell or republish the raw data or the style specs as a competing dataset, share your key, exceed the rate limits shown with your key, or use the service to break the law, to scrape other people's accounts or to attack the service. We may rate-limit or suspend a key that does.

Your content

Your boards, saves and remakes are yours. You give us the right to store and show them to you.

Availability

ViralChart is provided as is. We aim for it to be up, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the relationship

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless the law prevents it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Ontario, Canada, placeholder to confirm with counsel], and the courts there have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have in your own country.
