Questions
What does “x usual likes” mean?
It is a chart's likes divided by the likes a typical post from the same account gets. 8.9x means the chart earned almost nine times what that account usually earns. It is not a ranking of reach: a small account can beat its own usual by more than a large one. How we measure.
Where do the charts come from?
Charts posted publicly by AI labs, companies, investors, newsrooms and data accounts. We show each one as published, with the publisher, platform and date as text. We never link to the original post and we never draw a publisher's logo into a remake.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in the billing portal from your account page and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Nothing renews after that.
Do you offer refunds?
If something is wrong in the first 14 days of a paid plan, write to us and we will refund that payment. After that we do not refund part-used periods. The full wording is in the terms (draft).
What can I do with a remake?
Redraw a chart in the same style with your own numbers and use the picture anywhere. Free and Pro exports carry a small “Made with ViralChart” mark. Max removes it. The original chart stays its publisher's work and is not part of your remake.
What is the data in Max?
Values read from the picture, with a note on how sure we are of each. They are estimates unless the publisher printed the number. Max includes the JSON and CSV, a style spec you can reuse, and the API and MCP server that serve the same files.
How is payment handled?
Stripe processes every payment. We never see or store your card number.
