We entered AIRA₃ with an ensemble of models in the live competition, and also assessed it with several others post-hoc. The 8th ranked gold medal entry ensemble was a combination of GPT 5.5 (w/ OpenCode) + Claude 4.8 (w/ ClaudeCode).
Why it spread
It spread mainly because of launch timing and an unusual chart type, reaching 25,684 views with 133 likes, 9 reposts, 4 quotes and 22 saves, while likes matched the account typical level at 1.0x normal.
What worked
- The post rode launch timing, which gave the leaderboard a timely hook.
- The chart type was unusual, a leaderboard of AI model rankings in the Kaggle Nemotron challenge, which stood out from routine posts.
